Boundary: Final acceptance depends on cargo specs, packing, route, carrier and destination requirements. We assist with review and DG declaration support; we do not guarantee carrier approval.
What “review” means
We look for a consistent shipment story.
A document can look complete by itself and still fail the shipment review if its models, values or configuration do not match the cargo being tendered.
Identity
Manufacturer, battery model and product references line up across the file.
Classification
Chemistry, configuration, Watt-hours and condition support the proposed UN direction.
Packaging
Photos, package data, short-circuit controls and marks reflect the actual shipment.
Route fit
The file is considered against the mode, carrier, origin, destination and date of shipment.
Current-rule checkpoints
Use the regulation in force for the shipment date.
The IATA 67th Edition DGR applies from 1 January 2026, and the IMDG Code 2024 Edition including Amendment 42-24 became mandatory from the same date. Carrier and operator variations can add requirements beyond the baseline rules.
