Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking, confirm cargo classification or guarantee transport acceptance. A quotation, if issued, is subject to its written scope, validity, assumptions and conditions. Changes to cargo, documents, packaging, route or timing may require a new review and quotation.
Responsibilities
The shipper is responsible for accurate cargo information, classification, packaging, marking and declarations required by applicable rules. We may review information supplied for a proposed service but do not issue laboratory test summaries or safety data sheets.

Freight service terms
