Clarify what the customer, Anxin, carriers and destination partners each handle — and what a quote must name before work starts.
Shipment fit
Five details determine the workable options.
Battery and product
Chemistry, battery model, electrical rating, quantity and whether the battery is shipped alone, packed with or contained in equipment.
Condition
New, normal-condition cargo follows a different review path from used, returned, damaged, recalled, prototype or untested batteries.
Open condition reviewOrigin and destination
Pickup point, gateway, destination city and any final-delivery request affect available carriers and handoffs.
Transport mode
Air, sea and land options each have different acceptance and packing conditions. Express is considered only where an eligible carrier program exists.
Documents and packaging
Available test-summary details, commercial documents, package counts, photos and labels help determine whether the shipment is ready for review.
Delivery responsibility
We define whether the request is gateway to gateway, pickup included or delivery included, and who handles customs and import charges.

These pages explain the questions used in an initial assessment. They are not a live carrier acceptance system. We confirm the available route and service scope against the shipment details before quoting or requesting a booking.

Where an option is unavailable, the useful answer is an early explanation, not an unusable rate.

A route is more than a main-freight leg. The quotation should identify where our agreed responsibility starts and ends, and which services or charges sit outside it.
