What we review
Make the applicable UN 38.3 test summary available, and share SDS / MSDS information when relevant to the proposed route or carrier. We review customer-supplied material and help with DG declaration support — we do not issue test summaries or safety data sheets.
The table below lists common documents, purpose, and who provides each one.

Quality checks
A document can be present and still not be usable.
We look beyond file names to whether the information can be connected to the exact battery and shipment.
Model coverage
The tendered battery or product can be clearly traced to the model references in the applicable file.
Technical consistency
Capacity, voltage, Watt-hours, chemistry and manufacturer details do not contradict one another.
Shipment consistency
Invoice, packing list, photos, labels, quantity and declared configuration describe the same cargo.
Readability
Pages are complete, legible and available in a form the reviewing parties can use.
Current applicability
The file still applies to the model, design and route being presented for transport.
Responsibility
The shipper remains responsible for accurate classification and declaration; review support does not transfer that duty.
Fast first review
Name files so the reviewer can connect them.
Use battery / product model identifiers in file names and include a short model map when one document covers several items.
