Customer provides
Commercial invoice, packing list, product/battery descriptions, licences if any, and consignee importer details.
We coordinate
Checklist of required filings for the agreed Incoterms® scope and timing of document handoffs.
Partners may do
Licensed customs brokers or agents may file entries or handle local formalities — not claimed as our owned offices.
Records
Clearance references and outstanding duties/taxes responsibilities as agreed in writing.

Export declaration and import clearance are separate
Customs
Two separate clearances, two different responsible parties
- Export side · China
- Export declaration by the exporter or its customs agent
- Commercial invoice and packing list matching the goods
- Battery documents consistent with the declaration
- Origin port or airport handling
- Import side · destination
- Importer of record, usually through a licensed broker
- Duties, import taxes and fees under local rules
- Product registrations or certifications where the country requires them
- Release before delivery to the address
