Route and mode

Origin port, destination and mode, with the handover points named in the scope.

Documents reviewed

Which files were checked and which gaps were closed before booking.

Issues found

Open questions, carrier conditions or packing corrections, stated plainly.

Outcome

What was agreed in writing and how the shipment was completed.
