According to Dayaowan MSA in April 2024, lithium battery cargo was often under-declared or misdeclared because the rules are complicated. It responded with a dedicated desk and hotline, priority for EV batteries, and AI-based document comparison intended to reduce container openings, which means any mismatch between the declaration and its supporting papers gets flagged.
What Anxin does: We reconcile the UN number, classification, packing group, quantity and SDS across every document before filing, which is exactly what an automated comparison will test.

The Bohai Sea and the northern Yellow Sea freeze every winter. For 2021/22 China's marine forecast centre expected floating ice around 15 nautical miles offshore in the northern Yellow Sea, where Dayaowan is, and around 60 in Liaodong Bay, with the peak between mid-January and mid-February.
What Anxin does: For January–February sailings from Dalian we allow extra time between stuffing and the DG cut-off and reconfirm the vessel schedule the week before loading.

Sailings between June and September cross the Arabian Sea during India's southwest monsoon, when rough seas and squalls regularly disrupt port operations along the route and test how well the cargo is secured inside the container.
What Anxin does: For June–September sailings we check blocking and bracing strictly on stuffing photos and allow for schedule slippage in the delivery plan.

Energy-storage batteries: MoIAT certificate before release
Cells and batteries are one of the product groups in MoIAT's renewable-energy control system, alongside PV modules and inverters. For storage batteries landed at Mina Rashid, an ECAS or EQM certificate is part of customs clearance, not something to arrange after discharge.
What Anxin does: Before booking we ask the UAE importer whether the batteries are sold for renewable-energy use and, if so, for the MoIAT certificate reference, and we match the model list on it against the packing list.
